Onboarding Session Terms & Conditions
1. Fee & Refund Policy
The onboarding session fee is £370. This fee is refundable if the session is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, minus an administrative charge of £25 (to cover payment processing and administration costs). Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be treated as a cancellation, and the fee will be forfeited.
3. Purpose of Session
The onboarding session is a 90-minute consultation designed to:
Review your business, clients, and brand presence.
Analyse your social channels and sales platforms.
Identify opportunities to position your brand as a market leader.
Discuss potential deliverables within the Lucent Arc Brand & Sales Sprint.
This session does not include design work, deliverables, or services beyond consultation and strategic guidance.
4. Sprint Engagement
Booking an onboarding session does not guarantee availability for the Lucent Arc Brand & Sales Sprint. Sprint dates are secured only upon signing a service agreement and paying the 50% deposit. Slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and timely information during the onboarding session, including access to any materials, platforms, or data relevant to the consultation.
6. Intellectual Property
All recommendations and materials shared in the session remain the intellectual property of Lucent Arc. You may use insights for your own business, but redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
